A ”Technical Staff Employment System”was originally established to support female researchers by providing research assistant so as not to suspend or delay their research due to childbirth/child-rearing, however, both male and female researchers on their life event (childbirth, child-rearing, nursing care, etc.) have become eligible at present.
We also have a “ Human Resources Bank ” that introduces human resources for those who require support for their teaching and/or research activities.
In addition, ”Restart-up Research Funding” has newly introduced since JFY2015 under the MEXT program of “Initiatives for Implementation of the Diversity Research Environment”, in order to support and encourage researchers having resumed their research activities after a life event (maternity leave, child-rearing leave, family-care leave,etc.).
