Symposium on Work Style Innovation in Hospitals
We are pleased to announce the “Hospital Work Style Innovaation Symposium.” In addition to reports on the initiatives and achievements of this year’s participating teams, we will host a panel discussion featuring Professor Takashi Miura of the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery and Yugo Murakami, a clinical nurse specialist in the same department. They will discuss the role of clinical nurse specialists—a role pioneered by our university hospital’s Department of Cardiovascular Surgery ahead of other university hospitals—and their impact on improving work practices in clinical settings.
