Work Style ABC
In 2019, we published “Work Style Innovation ABC: For You, the Worker” to deepen understanding of “Work Style Innovation” and encourage active participation.
Since fiscal year 2015, the Diversity Promotion Center has been implementing the “Work Style Review Program (Nagasaki University Work Style Innovation)” across all departments for the university’s faculty and staff. This program aims to create a work environment that prioritizes work-life balance for both individuals and the organization as a whole, as well as to foster a shift in mindset regarding time management and other related issues.
Please use this publication to help resolve issues such as long working hours and to build an attractive workplace with a healthy work-life balance, enabling faculty and staff with various personal circumstances to work flexibly.
We will distribute this publication free of charge to those who request it (limited to Nagasaki University faculty, staff, and students). Please contact the Diversity Promotion Center.
